At FORJ Digital, our values guide everything we do.

Trust, Honesty, Respect, Innovation & Empowerment

These are not slogans on a wall. They shape how we work, how we treat each other and how we're building a company where people genuinely come first.

Because we lead with these values, we are already ahead of the curve when it comes to new legislation such as the anticipated Employment Rights Bill (ERB). While many businesses will be preparing for major policy changes, FORJ Digital is already aligned.

Our people-first approach means our policies already protect, support and empower our team in the ways the Bill is designed to introduce.

Policy Proofed for the Future

The Employment Rights Bill, highlighted in the Brightmine document titled 10 key policies employers need to revamp, is expected to bring significant updates to UK employment law. For many companies, this will mean extensive policy reviews. At FORJ Digital, our values have already led us to create policies that either meet or exceed the new requirements.

We believe in day one trust. From the moment someone joins our team, they are treated with honesty, respect and fairness. That philosophy runs throughout our policies.

Family Leave

The Bill will make paternity and parental leave day one rights. At FORJ Digital, we already offer this. Caring for families is part of who we are and reflects our commitment to respect and empowerment.

Supportive Sickness Absence

The ERB plans to remove the three day waiting period and lower earnings limit for Statutory Sick Pay. Our sickness policy is already structured to support people from their first day, built on trust and honesty so team members feel safe reporting illness without worry.

Bereavement Leave

The Bill introduces a new right to bereavement leave. Our compassionate leave policy already ensures every employee can take the time they need to grieve, no matter when they joined us. This is part of our commitment to treating people with genuine respect and empathy.

Fair Working

Flexible working rules are being strengthened to require reasonable justification for refusals. Our approach already reflects this. We empower our team with flexibility and open communication, staying honest and transparent about business needs.

Protection Against Harassment

The ERB expands an employer’s responsibility to prevent harassment, including by third parties. We already meet this standard. Our anti-bullying and anti-harassment approach includes proactive measures, training and a clear process that protects everyone. This is trust and respect in action.

Job Security and Fair Treatment

The Bill significantly limits fire and rehire practices. We already adopt a highly transparent and respectful approach to consultation and would only consider this method in the rare exception the Bill outlines. At every stage, our people deserve clarity, honesty, and fairness.

A Business That Cares

We do not just talk about being a people-first agency. We live it. Our values guide every policy, decision and improvement. They help us innovate in how we support our team and empower everyone to thrive.

As the Employment Rights Bill moves through Parliament, we will continue to monitor developments and adapt so our people always have the strongest possible protection. At FORJ Digital, putting people first is not a compliance exercise. It is who we are.
