Not at all. We only require "read-only" access to perform the audit. This allows us to analyse your settings, keywords, and performance history without the ability to make any live changes or view your sensitive payment information. You remain in total control of your account at all times.

We aim to have the whole process complete in 5 working days from first call to final review, but this depends on when we can gain access to your account. You will receive an Audit Score up to 100%, which ranks your structure & setup - this will include a breakdown of all of the 55 elements we review, why these are important and how your account shapes up in each area. Each element is assessed using an ICE framework (see below for more info). You will also receive a Performance Score out of 5, which ranks your performance across 25 key metrics – this will also include a breakdown of all the metrics reviewed, why they are important and how your performance ranks against established industry benchmarks. These will allow us to complete a prioritised Improvement Roadmap, where we rank the key areas for improvement based on the impact these will have on your performance.

The ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) framework is a prioritisation methodology used to mathematically determine which marketing optimisations should be tackled first. The framework works by scoring three specific criteria on a scale of 1 to 5, and then using a simple formula to create a final priority score: • Impact (I): Estimates how much a specific change will improve performance (e.g., "Will this fix significantly lower our Cost Per Lead?"). • Confidence (C): Measures how certain you are that the change will actually produce the expected result based on data or past experience. • Ease/Effort (E): Evaluates the level of resources, time, or technical difficulty required to implement the fix. We then produce a Priority Score using the following formula - The higher the score the higher the priority: ( Impact x Confidence ) / Effort = Priority Score By using this formula, we move away from subjective "gut feelings" and ensure that high-impact, low-effort "quick wins" are always prioritised at the top of your improvements Roadmap.
