Analytics Agency · Data & Measurement

Numbers your business can actually trust. A UK Data and Analytics Agency for D2C & B2B brands.

If you can't trust your data, you can't trust your decisions. As an analytics agency we rebuild measurement from the ground up so the dashboards you make decisions from genuinely reflect what is happening, not what GA4 defaulted to.

What we do

A data and analytics agency builds the measurement layer that connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes. At FORJ Digital that means GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, server-side tracking, BigQuery warehousing, attribution modelling and the reporting layer that turns raw numbers into confident decisions across CRO, organic and paid channels like paid search and social.

The truth about most setups

Your data probably isn't telling you the truth.

Three numbers from independent research that say what most senior marketers are already suspecting.

87%

of marketers say data is the most underutilised asset they have. The capability is often in the platform. The confidence isn't.

Forrester
64%

of marketers believe they are inaccurately measuring ROI. Decisions are still being made on those numbers anyway.

Adobe Digital Trends
60%

of digital marketing budget gets wasted because of poor data hygiene. Misfiring tags, leaky funnels, half-built attribution.

McKinsey & Company
Confidence. Clarity. Growth.

Three things every analytics setup has to earn.

Most analytics setups stop at “it's tracking”. We're only happy when it's tracking all meanginful interactions and events, you trust it and you're acting on it.

01 / Trust

Trustworthy data.

Clean, validated tracking that reflects what is actually happening on your site. Not what GA4 defaulted to, not what the last agency promised. Numbers your team will defend in a board meeting because they understand them.

02 / Clarity

Clear attribution.

Know which channels, campaigns and touchpoints are genuinely earning their place. Stop funding the bits that don't pull their weight. Plain English, plain numbers, plain answers.

03 / Action

Actionable insight.

Move beyond vanity dashboards. Reporting that answers commercial questions: where to spend more, where to stop, what to test next and what to expect by Christmas.

How we run analytics

Know. Unlock. Inform.

Three steps, not three months of slide decks. We start with where your data actually is, surface what it could be doing, then turn that into the decisions your team should be taking next quarter.

Step 01 / Know

Know exactly where you stand.

A full audit of tagging, configuration and integrity across your stack. Be aware of the measurement failures before they impact another quarter of decisions.

  • Tagging and configuration review
  • Account limits and data counts
  • Data integrity and customisation
  • Insight activation and integrations
Step 02 / Unlock

Unlock what your data can really do.

Rebuild measurement around how your business actually makes money. Move past out-of-the-box and surface the insight you've been quietly missing.

  • Advanced segmentation
  • Custom dimensions and events
  • CRM and ad-platform integration
  • Predictive (LTV, churn, propensity)
Step 03 / Inform

Inform every decision that follows.

Bespoke dashboards, deep-dive analysis and prioritised recommendations. Every report ends with what to do next, not just what just happened.

  • Bespoke dashboards your team reads
  • Optimisation recommendations, prioritised
  • Data activation into audiences
  • Quarterly deep-dive analysis
What we audit

Four lenses. Every platform you actually use.

An audit is not a checklist exercise. We work the four areas that decide whether your data is worth acting on, across the platforms your team has already chosen.

01 / Tagging & Configuration

Are your tags doing what they say?

Implementation review against best practice. Are tags firing correctly, in the right order, on the right pages? Is GA4 configured to capture what actually matters to your business?

Event spec Tag manager Consent & CMP Conversion fidelity
02 / Account limits & data counts

What's collecting, what's missing.

The measurement failures that quietly affect decisions: hit caps, duplicate events, sessions exploded by tracker bugs. We catch them before they end up in next quarter's board pack.

Hit volumes Sampling Duplicate events Bot traffic
03 / Data integrity & customisation

Beyond the out-of-the-box metrics.

Custom dimensions, events and parameters that reflect your business model. The way you actually segment customers, recognise revenue and define a qualified lead, captured properly in the data.

Custom events User properties Revenue logic Segmentation
04 / Insight activation & integration

Where the value gets lost in translation.

How data flows out of analytics into CRM, ad platforms, BI and reporting. Where audiences are built, where reports are read, where decisions are made. And where the chain breaks.

Analytics alone vs built from the ground up

Alone, Analytics reports. Inside the engine, it drives every decision.

Most analytics work becomes a dashboard the team glances at monthly. When measurement is the same clean data set feeding every channel, insights stop living in a report and start showing up as markers inside ad platforms, campaign audiences and CRO tests. Reporting still happens. The data just works harder everywhere it lands.

Why this matters

Data-led companies win. Not by a little.

The research is consistent and the gap is wide. Companies that treat their data as an asset run differently from companies that treat it as a tax.

Why FORJ for analytics

The evidence for using evidence.

Weekly dashboards full of green arrows, opinion-led tweaks dressed up as evidence, an architecture only the agency understands. Here is how we make sure that doesn't happen on your watch.

Senior practitioner,
every day.

Led by a former Head of Analytics & CRO at a global agency. The strategist scoping the audit is the strategist writing the SQL. No quiet handover.

Your platform,
your data.

Everything we build sits inside your accounts, on your terms. You keep the SQL, the BigQuery exports, the dashboards. No leverage, no lock-in.

Audit before
rebuild.

We don't propose a new architecture until we have proven what is broken in the existing one. The work that follows is grounded in evidence, not the agency's preferred toolkit.

Plain English
insight.

Every report ends with what to do next, in language a non-analyst will understand. The dashboards are read, not opened once a quarter for the meeting.

Built to
integrate.

Analytics that talks to your CRM, your ad platforms, your BI and your warehouse. The insight flows where decisions actually get made, not just where the report lives.

A programme
that compounds.

Every audit, every fix, every learning gets documented. Six months in, the team is asking sharper questions because last quarter's answers showed them how.

Frequently asked

Data and analytics, answered honestly.

Common questions we get from marketing leads, finance teams and founders before they rebuild measurement with us.

What does an analytics agency do?

An analytics agency designs and builds the measurement layer behind your marketing. At FORJ Digital that means a measurement plan, GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, server-side tracking, a data warehouse, reporting layer and the attribution model that ties all of it back to revenue.

Do I need to move off Google Analytics?

Not necessarily. GA4 is a good source-of-truth for most brands when it is set up properly. We do recommend pairing it with a BigQuery export and server-side tracking so you control the data, can rebuild reporting when GA4 changes and are not capped by sampling.

What is server-side tracking and do I need it?

Server-side tracking moves the data collection from the user's browser to your own server, then forwards events to platforms like Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. It is more resilient to ad blockers and iOS restrictions, gives you cleaner attribution and is now the default recommendation from every major ad platform.

How do you handle attribution across paid channels?

We combine platform-reported numbers with modelled attribution in BigQuery and periodic incrementality tests. No single source is treated as ground truth. The output is a unified view of which channels are driving incremental revenue, not just which ones are getting the credit inside their own dashboards.

How is FORJ Digital different from other analytics agencies?

Analytics is wired directly to the people running your media, not handed over to a separate data team. Every measurement decision is made with the marketing outcome in mind, so the reporting you end up with is the reporting you actually use to make decisions.
